“CREATIVITY IS INVENTING, EXPERIMENTING, GROWING AND HAVING FUN.” By keeping the above in mind , The Wisdom School, Sirsa organised a workshop on *'Creativity in Classroom’* conducted by Dr. Poonam Monga. She is a renowned educationist, facilitator, and a motivational mentor with a proven ability to create and monitor policies and practices that promote a safe learning environment. The resource person told that Teaching in a way that develops a creative classroom is not a 'one-size-fits-all' process in which a specific set of instructional principles can be given but it is the conceiving of original and unique alternatives to existing problems in classroom and facing the challenges. She acquainted the teachers with some tools for enhancing the creativity for social, motivational, efficacy and performance benefits and transfer the skills and knowledge to students . It was an interactive and engaging session. The motive of such workshop was to lay the foundation for the maximum development of children and provide them with a secure and positive learning environment.
