A self-care workshop was held for teachers at The Wisdom School, Sirsa, focusing on mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The session introduced stress management techniques like breathing exercises and mindfulness, everyone feeling relaxed and relieved. A key highlight was the facilitator's explanation of how vibrations and aura are influenced by thought processes, with different brain areas building and retaining thoughts. Teachers learned how to shift from negative to positive thinking, gaining practical tools to change their mindset.
